For the safety of employees, quicker heat prevention measures! / Kanadebia Co., Ltd.
While reducing management burdens, enable regular measurements. With rapid hazard detection, achieve more timely heatstroke countermeasures.
In June 2025, amendments to the Labor Safety and Health Regulations will mandate measures in the workplace, making heat stroke prevention an important element in discussing corporate compliance. This is a case study of Kanadebia Co., Ltd., one of the representative companies in the Kansai economic community, which has implemented the environmental monitoring cloud "SisMil." Although we had been working on measuring WBGT early on, we felt challenges regarding the efficiency and accuracy of operations. After implementing this system, the measurement and sharing of WBGT have been automated, significantly reducing the burden on the personnel at each location. The head office can also remotely grasp the situation at each site, making it a beneficial system for safety measures. [Challenges] - On-site WBGT measurements were being conducted manually, leading to irregular implementation and time lags in information sharing. - The head office's Safety and Health Department lacked effective means to understand the on-site conditions at each location. - From a compliance perspective, the company is required to ensure "employee safety," making reliable implementation of heat stroke measures increasingly important. *For more details, please feel free to contact us. https://www.oakis.co.jp/inquiry/sismil/
